Karinderya Six-Player Restaurant Shifts

Online co-op, max six. Pick jobs. Do not all stand on the same stove.

Last updated:

Karinderya! is built as an online co-op restaurant sim. The Roblox place allows a maximum of six players. You can run it solo, but the fun pitch — and the practical way to survive a spawn wave — is a short shift with friends on the same plot. This guide covers role split, visiting other karinderyas, codes per account, and the messy topic of hired workers. It lives under the Guides Hub next to getting started and progression.

Facts to keep straight: SILOG’s game, universe 10648820673, place 116497287371701, Filipino food stall fantasy, five-star slogan, bugs expected. Co-op does not change the loop. It only adds more hands on assign, cook, serve, collect, and shop restock.

Roles that do not collide

Assign lead. Stands where waiting NPCs gather, sends them to free chairs, calls out when seats are gone. This person does not open Paints. Late assign is the main runaway trigger.

Stove lead. Starts cooks, watches Basic vs Standard vs Deluxe, hands plates or calls “ready.” Auto-cook on better units is not AFK permission. They own walking distance; they should have asked for a cooker near dining during build.

Floor / pay. Serves finished food and collects pesos so the shop has cash when the restock timer flips. Uncollected pay is a silent bottleneck.

Shop / pantry. Watches condiment warnings and furniture tabs (Tables, Chairs, Stoves, Paints, Materials). Buys pairs of chairs and tables. Blocks cosmetic purchases during a banner storm. Full tab notes are on stock and shop.

With two players, merge floor into stove and shop into assign between waves. With three, the split above is comfortable. With six, add a runner who only ferries plates and a builder who only spends Materials between rushes — not during them. Extra bodies standing in the assign hitbox steal inputs. Spread out.

Voice or Roblox chat macros help: “no chairs,” “low condiments,” “Deluxe ready,” “ticket time.” Ticket time is between waves. Each account opens the top-right ticket after tutorial and claims live keys from the Codes Hub. Codes are not a shared wallet. If five friends wait for the host to “share 1MVISITS,” four of them wasted a Deluxe opportunity. Walk through how to redeem once as a group.

Visiting other restaurants

You can wander into someone else’s karinderya. Use it as a layout class: chair density, stove placement, how they handle the door queue. Do not occupy their assign prompt. Do not treat thieves as PvP — there is no confirmed chase button if a customer runs from their plot either. Steal ideas, not interactions.

If their place has no chairs, you are looking at a tutorial that never finished or a restock drought. Do not lecture in chat; go home and check your own shop timer.

Private or quiet servers make teaching easier. Full six-player public rooms are noisier and better for stress-testing roles. The cap is six; a seventh friend waits in another instance.

Employees: footage versus community

Early public videos show no hireable staff. Streamers look for a worker button and joke when nothing appears. Later community reports describe a timed hire near Grocery, on the order of ₱300 for about three days. That is observed / rumored, not a SILOG patch-note fact on this wiki. Full steps and spending order live on how to hire workers. If you see the prompt, test what the worker actually does (assign, cook, idle). If they cover a role, you can drop a human from that job for the timer duration. If you never see Grocery hire, play as if staff do not exist — that matches launch footage and will not brick your restaurant.

Do not skip codes or stove upgrades because “we will hire tomorrow.” A Deluxe cooker is documented in shop tiers and in some code bundles. A worker is not.

Co-op mistakes that look like game bugs

Two people assigning the same NPC. Two people serving the same plate. Everyone in the shop during a spawn. Host redeemed codes, guests did not. Host finished tutorial, a joiner’s ticket still hidden — joiners may still need local tutorial beats. Treat those as process bugs first.

Star rating is still unpublished math. Co-op helps five stars only by raising clean paid plates and cutting banners. There is no confirmed co-op multiplier.

If friends want a goal besides vibes, pick one: zero runaway banners for ten minutes, or restock condiments before they hit zero, or place every code furniture piece before the next wave. Those goals map to real systems. “Win five stars tonight” may not, until SILOG explains the meter.

Close the shift with a spend: chairs if you capped seats, stove if plates waited, ingredients if the pantry blinked. Then optionally Paints. That is the same cart as solo, just funded by six people who remembered to hit Submit on BAKARENEPAIRYAN and 1MVISITS while those strings still work. Co-op is not a different game. It is Karinderya with a shift schedule.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Karinderya players.

How many players can join one Karinderya server?

The place caps at six players. Online co-op is optional; solo uses the same restaurant loop.

Should everyone redeem codes?

Yes. Promo codes are per account. Each player finishes tutorial, opens the ticket, and claims the live list on the Codes Hub.

Can we hire employees?

Early footage has none. Some players report a Grocery hire around ₱300 for three days—see the hire workers guide. Treat that as community observation until you see it yourself.

What is the best co-op role split?

One assign, one stove, one collect/serve, one shop/pantry. Merge roles if you have fewer than four people.

Does visiting another karinderya help?

Yes, as a layout reference. Do not block their assign prompts, and do not expect a chase tool for their runaways.
