When a Karinderya Code Fails

“Karinderya codes not working” is the search you run while staring at a red Submit. Nine times out of ten the place is fine and the ticket UI is doing its job: it will not accept a key until onboarding is done, it is picky about spelling, and it will not revive 1MVISITS. This page is the troubleshooting tree. Use the live list on the Codes Hub, the click path on how to redeem, and the do-not-try column on expired codes.

Karinderya! by SILOG is a six-player Filipino restaurant sim. Promo strings are in-experience tokens. They do not go in the roblox.com Promocodes box, they do not grant Robux, and no website can generate a new one. If a page promises a “code generator,” close it. The only legal grants in late August 2026 are 2MVISITS, 3MVISITS, and BATINATAYOHA — with 2MVISITS and 3MVISITS also printed on the official Roblox description.

Checklist before you assume a code is dead

1. Tutorial finished. Place table and chairs, assign customers, cook, and serve the opening plates. The ticket icon in the top-right stays locked until those beats complete. Joining a friend’s already-built karinderya does not always unlock your ticket. Walk the prompts on your own client.
2. Ticket icon visible. On phones, Roblox chrome and Safe Zone can cover the corner. Rotate to landscape or try desktop once. There is no second redeem NPC at Grocery in verified guides.
3. Exact spelling, no spaces. 2MVISITS fails as 2M VISITS or 2mvisits if the box is case-sensitive. BATINATAYOHA fails if you drop a syllable. Copy from this wiki or the Roblox blurb, then paste. Do not wrap the string in quotes.
4. One code at a time. Submit once, wait for cash or furniture, then paste the next. Mashing Submit on an empty field looks like a bug.
5. Not already claimed. Codes are per account. A friend redeeming 2MVISITS does not fill your inventory. If you already claimed it on this character, Submit will refuse a second grant.
6. Not on the expired list. 1MVISITS, BAKARENEPAIRYAN, RELEASE, BRICKS, MATERIALSDAW, BALDOG, LERISNATO, and FISHONTOOO were retired in the 27 August swap. Old shorts and Pocket Tactics snapshots still advertise them. That is a stale thumbnail, not a secret that still works.

If all six bullets pass and a string that is on the live hub still fails, wait. SILOG can retire a key between a Discord pin and your next login. Recheck the Roblox description and the official Discord codes posts after you verify. Do not invent 4MVISITS because visit counters sit near 4.9 million.

Tutorial gate versus expired key

These two failures feel identical in the UI and they are not. A tutorial gate means no ticket or a box that rejects everything, including a description code you copied seconds ago. An expired key means the ticket is open, live codes work, and only the old spelling dies. If 2MVISITS from the Roblox page succeeds and 1MVISITS fails, your game is healthy. Stop retrying the million-visit string.

If nothing works, including 2MVISITS copied from the description, you are still in the tutorial or the icon is hidden. Stay with Place Table and Chairs, Assign Customer to Table, stove, serve. Community write-ups mention serving about two customers before the ticket appears. Backing out mid-prompt is the usual trap.

Reward confusion is not a failed code

Roundups disagree on cash amounts. Eurogamer prints 10,000 cash on 3MVISITS; Destructoid and Nerdschalk print about 1,000 plus folding furniture. 2MVISITS is usually 5,000 cash plus a Deluxe stove. BATINATAYOHA is about 5,000 cash, 3 Concrete, and a Cash Potion. After Submit, look at cash, the furniture list, and stove slots. If the Deluxe is in inventory but not on the floor, the code worked. A Cash Potion that “did nothing” was probably popped on an empty dining room. Potions stretch a rush that already has seats and stock. They are not a second Submit.

Mobile, ping, and private servers

High ping can delay tutorial flags. Wait for the scripted prompts to clear before hunting the corner. Private servers do not usually hide the ticket; they can make furniture collisions weirder. If the icon appears after a rejoin, redeem immediately — launch keys evaporate while you arrange paint.

UI scale that covers the top-right is a layout problem, not an expired BATINATAYOHA. Lower extra Roblox buttons. Try a PC session if you only play on a small phone.

Scams and wrong boxes

Karinderya codes never pay Robux. Anyone selling a “private pack” of RELEASE is selling a corpse. Executor “auto redeem” tools on the Scripts Hub can also desync your ticket after a patch; if you use them, you still need this checklist when Force Re-Redeem lies.

Wrong product: the itch.io / Pocket Gamer Karinderya by Mark the Panda is a different food-stall game. Codes from SILOG’s Roblox place will not apply there.

After a successful redeem

Spend on the bottleneck: table-and-chair pairs, stove tier, or grocery restock. A Deluxe in a hallway does not stop A customer ran away without paying!
